How we make decisions
The way that we reach decisions as a Force is largely based on a large number of discussions and meetings. Take a look at the minutes taken from these meetings to find out how decisions have been reached.
We also work to a set of standards which are set out through the Three Pillars of Policing and we build our Local Policing Plan around this.
