Previous FOI requests
In this section you will find some previous requests made under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, and Sussex Police's response to them. They include requests that have been refused. Where requests have been refused you will find an explanation showing why the relevant exemptions apply, and in some cases, the Public Interest Test is set out.
