Statement:

It gives me great pleasure to join Sussex Police as Deputy Chief Constable.

My primary role will be to assist the Chief Constable in providing the best possible service to the people of Sussex. I will lead the Major Change Delivery Programme Board which will look at ways of improving processes to make our service better yet.

I look forward to working with local authority and other agency partners so that we can bring about the best collaborative working to reduce crime, increase reassurance and deliver an all round public service.

I am very proud to join a high performing force and am looking forward to the challenges of the new role.
