Career high points:
Being Divisional Commander for City of Brighton & Hove and seeing burglary dwelling drop to lowest levels for many years, and injury violence drop by 14% over a year. Delivering the plan for two successful Labour Party annual conferences in Brighton. As Head of Crime, part of the effort to bring Sussex through a different period, in particular we now have a Major Crime Branch which delivers excellent and professional investigations.
