Career high points:

Borough Commander for the London Borough of Bexley. Led one of the pilot sites for neighbourhood policing and the introduction of safer neighbourhood teams. Pilot for the national work force modernisation programme. During his tenure the Bexley Community Safety Partnership achieved 'Beacon' status. Latterly led MPS-wide projects including patrol, response and the operational change programme for the new communication strategy.
