Electricity

It is an offence when a person dishonestly uses electricity without authority, or dishonestly causes electricity to be wasted or diverted. This includes altering, or bypassing an electricity meter, or 'plumbing' into a neighbours electricity supply, or into communal supplies including hallways and lobbies.
