Report an abandoned vehicle
You can report abandoned vehicles and anti-social/dangerous driving online at the Operation Crackdown website. Anti-social driving can include:
- Speeding
- Thoughtless driving (careless and dangerous)
- Underage drivers or riders
- Drink driving
- Driving under the influence of drugs
- Using a mobile phone while driving
- Unsafe vehicles
- Abandoned vehicles
- Untaxed vehicles
- Driving without documents
- Carrying out unnecessary repairs of vehicles on the street
- Any other driving issues that are anti-social
If you report an abandoned vehicle, the following information will be requested:
- the colour, make and model of the vehicle
- the vehicle registration number
- the location of where the vehicle was found abandoned (there is an online map included in the form to help you identify the area in Sussex).
If you have a photograph of the vehicle, you will be able to upload the image (images will need to be jpeg format and not more than 500kb).
