Man sentenced for breaches of non-molestation order in Pevensey Bay

Roland Cunningham, 48, of Tadworth, Surrey, also known as
Anthony Rhys Jones appeared at Eastbourne Magistrates Court today,
Thursday 2 February, charged with six breaches of a non-molestation
order in Pevensey Bay during January. The order had
been issued by Hastings County Court on 23 December
2011.
He pleaded guilty today to all six offences and was sentenced
to 12 months imprisonment.
Cunningham had been arrested by officers at 5.30pm on
Tuesday 31 January after getting off a train at Polegate railway
station.
