Robbery at East Grinstead jewellers

Police are currently
trying to locate a group of men who have carried out a robbery
at a jewellery shop in East Grinstead this morning
(Friday).
Officers attended the East Grinstead Watch Company in High
Street, East Grinstead, at around 11.45am following a report
that a jewellers had been robbed.
It is believed that two, or possibly four, men entered
the shop and stole jewellery and money and then escaped on
mopeds.
They left the area along Ship Street.
Police are currently working to locate the men. They would
like to hear from anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in
the area before the area, or anyone who saw two mopeds with two
passengers each leaving the area.
