Mobile phone robbery in Brighton street
18 February 2013
Police in Brighton are seeking a suspect who stole a mobile
phone from a young man in the street.
At about 3am on Saturday 16 February the 21-year old victim left
Headkandi night club and walked up West Street, and then left into
North Street. When he was near the Subway sandwich shop he was
approached by a man who started chatting to him. The man suggested
a short cut to the bus stops in Old Steine, which is where the

was joined by several other men. They threatened the victim and the
suspect took his Mobile iPhone 5, valued at some £500.
Detective Constable Caroline Ingold said; "The suspect is
described as black, about 24-25 years old, 5'9", of slim

been offered a cheap iPhone 5, please contact us via 101 quoting
