Reward offered in murder inquiry

Sussex Police is offering a £5,000 reward for the arrest of Ricardo Pisano. Michael Polding's body was found at his flat in St George's Road, Brighton, on 16 July. It is thought that he may have been dead since May. Detective Chief Inspector Nick May said: "We are still unclear as to when exactly Michael died and our enquiries have shown that he was friends with Mr Pisano. We think he may have information about Michael last movements, however we have been unable to find him so far." Ricardo Pisano also goes by the name Brandon Pillay, and also calls himself Ree or Ricky. He is believed to be in his thirties. Pisano, who has a South African accent, has links to Croydon, Crouch End in North London, Southampton and New Zealand. If anyone recognises Mr Pisano and knows where he may be, please contact Sussex Police on 101 quoting Operation Journal or contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
