Procurement Policy (Sussex and Surrey)

Procurement is the acquisition of goods, services and works and covers the full life cycle from identification of the business need through to disposal of the asset or service. Sussex and Surrey Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) have joined their procurement functions together to establish a joint Procurement Service which works across both Police Forces to build resilience and depth and move the function to a more consultative and proactive service.
