Appeal for information following theft in Framfield

Police are appealing for information following a theft from a property in Pump Lane, Framfield, around 6.10pm on Friday, December 16.

After breaking into a locked shipping container two suspects are reported to have stolen two John Deere vehicles batteries.

The batteries are thought to be worth a total of £5,000.

The force are keen to hear from anyone who has been offered a John Deere vehicle battery or has seen someone selling a pair of car batteries, especially in East Sussex.
