Police in Brighton have arrested four people after responding to a business burglary in progress in Warren Road, Woodingdean, on Monday morning (October 3).
Officers were called to reports of a break-in shortly after midnight at a shop in Warren Road, with several people witnessed fleeing the scene in a white truck.
The vehicle was located nearby in Whitehawk and a search of the area found two men hiding in some bushes.
Another man was seen running across a field after officers deployed a drone. He was swiftly located and arrested.
Further enquiries identified a fourth suspect at an address in Brighton, who was also taken into custody.
Four men aged between 21 and 35 were arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary and remain in custody at this time.
