Man charged with outraging public decency in Worthing

A man will appear in court after being charged with outraging public decency.
Just after 1pm on Tuesday (11 August) Officers received allegations of a man indecently exposing himself in Shelley Road, Worthing. Police attended the location and the man was arrested.
David McFarlane, 41, of no fixed address was charged with the act of outraging public decency. He was remanded in custody and will appear at Brighton Magistrates’ court on Wednesday (12 August).
