Appeal after an Uckfield football club is burgled

We are appealing for information and CCTV footage after a football club in Uckfield was burgled on July 21.

At around 12.30am, a garage at Buxted Football Club in Uckfield was broken into and a ride on lawnmower was removed, as was other gardening equipment.

A short while later at around 1.50am, a white van arrived at the club and the items were loaded into the back before being removed from the site.

We ask that anyone with information, CCTV, or who saw anything suspicious in the area makes a report to police.
