Identity appeal after parcel stolen from Bognor property

Police would like to identify this man in connection with the theft of a parcel from outside a property in Bognor Regis.
He was witnessed acting suspiciously around the area of Lakeland Avenue at around 10.45am on Friday, October 28.
Officers believe he may be linked to the thefts of other parcels in the area.
