Man interviewed over Brighton seafront sex assault

Police in Brighton investigating a sexual assault on a 16-year-old girl on the seafront on 4 July have traced a man.
Following a media appeal on 6 July the man was interviewed under caution on suspicion of sexually assaulting the girl near the i360 just after midnight on 4 July. He was then released on conditional police bail until 2 August while enquiries continue.
Detective Constable Stewart Cameron of the Brighton and Hove Safeguarding Investigations Unit said; "Anyone with information about this assault can contact us either online or by calling 101,quoting serial 66 of 04/07."
