Police seek identity of man involved in Burgess Hill assault

Sussex Police is seeking the identity of a man in connection with an assault in Burgess Hill.
Officers would like to speak to the man the image after a woman was assaulted in Church Road, Burgess Hill, just after midnight on Wednesday 23 September.
The victim, a woman in her 40s, suffered facial injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Officers conducted an area search and arrested three people:
- A 21-year-old man from Burgess Hill was arrested on suspicion of affray.
- A 25-year-old man from Burgess Hill was arrested on suspicion of affray.
- A 19-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested on suspicion of affray, assaulting a person thereby causing actual bodily harm and obstructing or resisting a constable in execution of duty.
The three have been released under investiation while enquiries are ongoing.
