Police have detained a 24-year-old man after more than 25 cars were damaged overnight in Bognor Regis.
It is reported that the cars were damaged and had their windows smashed in the Nyewood Lane area early in the morning (20 December), at around 12.30am.
When police attended the scene the man was bitten by a police dog as he resisted arrest. He is currently being treated in hospital for his injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any footage of the damage being caused is asked to contact police online or call 101 quoting serial 30 of 20/12.
