Witness appeal after collision on A283 near Upper Beeding

Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision involving two vehicles on the A283 near Upper Beeding on Wednesday (May 18).

Emergency services were called to the A283, north of the Old Cement Works, at around 8.40am.

A pick-up truck towing a digger collided with a car, injuring three people. Two were taken to hospital for treatment.

The road has been closed in both directions while the full circumstances of the incident are investigated.
