Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision between a motorcycle and a pedestrian on Vernon Terrace, Hove, just south of the Seven Dials roundabout.
It occurred at 5.45pm on Sunday 26 January and resulted in the pedestrian, a 71-year-old woman from Hove, being taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, with leg and chest injuries. The motorcyclist, a 26-year-old man from Hove, was unhurt.
The location was busy with people and traffic, and while some time has elapsed since the collision occurred, police believe there may be witnesses who have not yet come forward.
