A free weekly football session. Positive, structured activities aim to prevent crime and antisocial behaviour and help young people lead a healthier, more active lifestyle.
Social, wellbeing, volunteering, and mentoring opportunities
Firewise aims to eliminate the likelihood of young people firesetting in the future, by educating them about the dangers of fire and impacts of fire, enabling them to make safer choices.
The HAF programme is fully funded by the Department for Education and offers children who are entitled to benefits related free school meals the opportunity to attend participating holiday activity clubs and have a free meal.
The only Surf England accredited and dedicated surf school in the Witterings. They also have shore-based activities, with yoga and skateboarding tuition available.
Activities include video games, table tennis or snooker/pool, sheet painting, model building, beading and glass painting. There are also pancake and hot dog nights. During the lighter evenings, outside activities can include football, cricket, rounders and bulldog.
The West Sussex Local Offer helps you find information about local services, support and events for children and young people aged 0 - 25 years who have special educational needs or disabilities (SEND).
Through cricket, Wicketz aims to tackle local issues affecting young people. Alongside free cricket coaching and games, young people taking part have the chance to learn from community leaders, local authorities and others. Workshops boost wellbeing, social education and community awareness, and develop new sporting and life skills.
