Sussex Police FMS (7) 2024-2025 Redacted The Force Management Statement (FMS) is a self assessment that the Force prepares and provides to HMICFRS each year. It is central to Forces' strategic, financial and workforce planning processes. The FMS is used by HMICFRS to inform their inspections of the Force’s efficiency, effectiveness and legitimacy, inform any thematic inspections, supplement their monitoring of the Force’s performance and inform HM Chief Inspector's annual State of Policing report.
