Request your fingerprints

We can take your fingerprints for the following reasons:

• applying for visas for emigration, temporary stays or work permits in non-EU countries
• applying for overseas clearance to be employed in certain jobs in the UK
• renewing of passports, for South Africa and other states requiring fingerprints
• other circumstances at our discretion 

How to make an appointment

We can only take your fingerprints by appointment. 

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, from 8am to 2pm (excluding bank holidays).

Please email us with the following details:

• Full name
• Telephone number
• Details of why you require fingerprints
• The name of the country you require fingerprints for
• How many full sets are required (a full set is all 10 fingers)
• Do you have a valid / in date passport? 

Cost

It costs £126.00 for the first set of prints and £63.12 for each additional set. These charges include VAT.

How to pay

Once an appointment time slot is given, we will email you a link to make an online payment with a credit or debit card or Google Pay

You must make this payment within 48 hours of receiving the link or the timeslot will be cancelled and may be offered to someone else.

We do not accept cash, BACS or cheque payments. We cannot accept credit and debit cards payments other than by payment using the link we send you.

Please note full or partial refunds are able to be given if necessary.

What to bring with you

Once we've received confirmation of your payment we will send you a confirmation and details of the appointment.

You'll need to bring a valid passport. This is the only form of identification we can accept for this service. 

If you have been provided with any relevant paperwork or a specific fingerprint form, please bring these along too.

We do not have the facilities to print your forms - please bring any necessary forms printed.
