Burglar, James Filan has been jailed after he targeted properties in the Regency area in Brighton.
On 6 January, two burglaries at addresses in close proximity to each other were reported to police.
The first occurred at Metropole Court after Filan was seen approaching a property on CCTV. Soon after, the door was found forced open by neighbours, but Filan had already fled the scene.
