Surveys and research

We run a number of surveys focused on policing and crime in Sussex.

Our surveys help us to make sure we learn from our actions, strive to enhance the service we deliver and share praise/thanks to officers.

We use online, telephone and SMS (text) based surveys. You may have received an email from "sussexpolice.welcomesyourfeedback.net", a call from our own in-house telephone researchers, or a text from either:
