This site is a beta, which means it's a work in progress and we'll be adding more to it over the next few weeks. Your feedback helps us make things better, so please let us know what you think.
We are pleased to offer our communities an additional way to contact us through the Sussex Police Portal - receive online updates on your crime.
Through the Portal you can stay up to date on the progress of your investigation, and message the officer in charge of your case without having to call our non-emergency number 101 when you have been a victim of crime.
By signing up to the Sussex Police Portal you can securely and easily send messages directly to the officer investigating your case, whether that be to provide further information or to ask any questions you may have.
You will be able to monitor the progress of your investigation.
This is a new service, which is being rolled out in phases to ensure that we continue to provide a high-quality service to victims.
When you have reported a crime to us, you will receive a text message from SXP Portal and an email with a link to create an online account.
If you do not receive a message inviting you to create an account, you will continue to receive updates on your investigation from the officer dealing with your case.
Please note - you cannot report a new crime on the portal. If you need to report something new, please call 101 or report online.
