Anti-social behaviour
Issued 10 June 2026
We are strengthening our approach to addressing anti-social behaviour through focused, high-visibility patrols in identified hotspot locations. Officers are actively engaging with individuals involved and responding to their behaviour using a range of proportionate and preventative measures.
These measures include offering words of advice, fostering positive relationships with young people, liaising with parents and guardians, conducting community surveys to capture local concerns, and issuing Community Protection Warnings (CPWs) where appropriate.
This comprehensive strategy aims to reduce harm, prevent escalation, and deliver early intervention to support safer communities.

Drug related activity
Issued 10 June 2026
We remain committed to addressing these concerns through enhanced patrols, targeted police operations, community intelligence gathering, and proactive engagement in known hotspots for drug use and dealing.
We will continue working closely with our partners to mitigate the impact of drug-related harm within your neighbourhood. This collaborative approach enables us to take meaningful action, supporting those affected, disrupting criminal activity, and improving overall community safety.
