Dale Searle has been convicted after thefts worth more than £6,800 in Worthing stores earlier this spring.
Matthew Greenaway has been jailed after assaulting officers, threatening the public, shop thefts, exposing himself, and being routinely drunk and disorderly.
Daryl Hunt, 30, became the first person to be fitted with a Buddi tag in West Sussex after he admitted 13 shop theft offences in Worthing.
Police are investigating the collision in Chapel Road, Worthing, on July 15, where a 74-year-old woman was injured.
Taylor Mitten, 23, is due to be sentenced on 22 October.
