An investigation has been launched into a collision between a taxi and a mobility scooter rider in Worthing.
At around 11.05am on Wednesday, 27 May, a Ford Transit Custom is reported to have reversed into a mobility scooter rider in Buckingham Road.
The rider, a 78-year-old woman, suffered serious injuries requiring hospital treatment.
Enquiries are ongoing to understand the full circumstances, and police are asking anyone with information or relevant dashcam/CCTV footage to report online or via 101, quoting serial 590 of 27/05.
