On Thursday, 21 May, two teenage girls reported seeing a man behaving suspiciously in an underpass beneath Via Ravenna, Chichester, at around 11am.
He is reported to have exposed himself to the pair, before they left the scene.
He is described as a white man in his late 20s, with black curly hair and a shaven face. He was wearing a black office suit with a blazer top, and leather shoes.
Anyone who witnessed anything suspicious around that time is asked to contact police online or via 101, quoting serial 632 of 21/05.
