Police investigating a report of an assault in a pub in Horsham have issued CCTV images of a man they wish to speak with.
Officers were called after the victim, a man aged 24, sustained injuries in an unprovoked assault inside The Anchor Hotel at about 10.50pm on April 25.
He attended hospital with injuries and was later discharged.
Officers are investigating and pursuing a number of lines of enquiry, and they have released CCTV images of a man in connection with the incident.

He is described as black, in his 20s or 30s, with a bald or shaven head and beard. He had a distinctive tattoo on his neck and also an earring.

Images show he was wearing a dark jacket and a white T-shirt underneath, dark trousers, and trainers.
Witnesses or anyone who recognises the man is asked to come forward, and witnesses or anyone with relevant information who has not already come forward is asked to do so.
Information can be reported to Sussex Police online or by calling 101 and quoting reference 1537 of 25/04.
