Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a fatal collision near Ford.
The collision, involving a car and two motorcycles, occurred in Ford Road, Ford, adjacent to Nelson Row, at about midday on 23 May.
Sadly, the rider of one of the motorcycles, a 55-year-old woman from Bognor Regis, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Her next of kin have been informed and our thoughts are with them at this time.
The rider of a second motorcycle, a 57-year-old man from Bognor, also sustained injuries.
The driver of a white Mini, a 60-year-old man from Angmering, was not injured.
Officers are investigating the circumstances of the collision, and have now subsequently identified and located a white VolksWagen Polo which is believed to have been involved in the events leading to the collision.
A 70-year-old man from Yapton has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and is currently in custody.
