Police are appealing for information following a fatal collision in Angmering.
Emergency services were called to the A27, Arundel Road, at around 10.40pm, on Friday, 3 April, following reports of a collision between a pedestrian and a vehicle.
Sadly, a 20-year-old local man, was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
The westbound carriageway, which was closed for several hours, has since reopened.
Officers are appealing to anyone who saw the pedestrian in the immediate area of the A27, Arundel Road at Hammerpot at around 10:40pm Friday, 3 April, who witnessed the collision, or has dashcam footage that could assist police enquiries, to come forward and contact police.
